in the management of client relationships. Optima believes that senior investment
and finance professionals especially should be available to answer any questions
investors may have about the investment process and back-office procedures.
DEDICATED CLIENT SERVICE
Client service professionals are available for handling any
specific client requests for information, commentary, and other data. Institutional
separate account clients are assigned a dedicated team consisting of a relationship
manager, senior investment analyst, an investment analyst and a client service professional
to handle all client needs.
REPORTING
Optima provides its clients with comprehensive and timely
reporting. All reporting is available through Optima's secure website. Customized
separate account clients may specify customized reporting templates which are incorporated
into Optima's reporting platform.
